Design & Delivery Explained
"What happens after I place my order?" At The Smart Tarp Co., we prioritize keeping you informed at every stage. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with upload link for your logo and design options containing details on how and where to submit your logo or artwork for your Smart Tarps. While we recommend sending artwork in vector format, don’t worry if that’s new to you—our Graphics Team is here to assist. From confirming your order details to designing your tarps and managing delivery, we aim to provide clear communication so you always know what to expect and when.
48-72 Hours later you will receive multiple (6) artwork proofs to revise and review until you approve, if you need help or you are not sure what to do, just call us. 816-327-2921
All Smart Tarp purchases include QR Hosting and analytics for the life of your Smart Tarps.
Once we have your logos and artwork, we will work closely with you to refine your design until you’re completely satisfied. After you’ve reviewed and approved your graphics we’ll send it to production.
